Fundraiser
Job Description:
In this role, you will use your expert communication skills and keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. By coordinating events, writing proposals, and you will hone your speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving closer to its financial goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

By coordinating events, writing proposals, and you will hone your speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving closer to its financial goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- You would be a front-line campaigner to raise Funds for UNICEF India.
- Acquiring new donors, our team engages in events, company visits and outreach activities.
- A fundraiser would be responsible for achieving the expected target set by the organization Travelling to different satellite cities for activities.
- To develop and implement a dynamic and effective donor plan in the region.Building relationships with existing donors.
- Researching and contacting potential donors through emails, phone contacts, letters, etc.
- Creating innovative ways and looking for Funding opportunities.
- Producing fundraising plans for each assigned project and writing proposals/applications to Potential donors and reports to sponsors during and after the implementation of the projects.
- Not only responsible for raising the funds necessary for operating our programs but Also responsible for raising awareness of who we are and what we do.
- In addition he/she will provide relevant information concerning the value of giving, and the use of the gift/ donation honestly and effectively to help promote a culture of giving.
- Advising and reporting to the team leader promptly on fundraising performance and Identifying areas of risk and opportunities.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner Innovative, Aggressive & Persistent.
- Leading & Coordinating fundraising awareness activities.
- Passionate about working for a cause.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and motivate colleagues and volunteers
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for research
- Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities
- Motivate, inspire and lead team to achieve results.
- Confident with positive attitude.
- Creative and adaptable.
- Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively
- Bachelor’s in any degree, We prefer in communications, business, public relations, Social Work or a related field
- Confidence with public speaking
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
- Performance bonus
- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
