The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in raising funds through multiple channels such as grants, crowdfunding, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy. - Research and identify potential funding opportunities (grants, partnerships, donations). - Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding organizations. - Create crowdfunding campaigns and other online fundraising efforts. - Maintain detailed records of fundraising activities and progress. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising events and campaigns. - Prepare reports on fundraising performance and financial results. Qualifications: - Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or sales. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms (Go Fund Me, Kickstarter, etc.) and grant writing. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
