Front Office

Job Location: Delhi
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and employees. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position also requires handling administrative tasks and supporting various office functions.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring accurate information is provided.
  • Manage visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with relevant staff to ensure visitors are attended to promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing office events.
  • Handle mail distribution, courier services, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and order new stock when necessary.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper documentation is updated.
  • Assist in data entry, maintaining files, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the front office and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Assist in coordinating office operations and procedures, including supporting HR and administrative tasks.
Qualification and Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Relevant experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A polite and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain a calm, courteous attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
