Role Overview: At Areness, we are seeking for an Executive Personal Assistant to our Business Head in our consulting division to join our team. At Areness, we are building a global consulting firm with its headquarters in India. As of now, we are serving our domestic and International clients from India itself. We are looking for strengthening our pan India presence and grow our international practice. Role and Responsibilities You shall report directly to the Business Head at Gurugram Location for our consulting division. You shall maintain reports, tasks and calendars and prioritise the Executive's calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You shall coordinate and follow up with different team members and heads to ensure timelines are met. You shall screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. You shall be required to draft and prepare professional correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the executive. You shall coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes. You shall assist in organizing presentations and materials for meetings and presentations. You shall maintain organized files and documents, both physical and electronic. You shall handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. You shall assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as assigned by the executives and contribute to process improvement and streamlining administrative tasks. Job Location: Delhi/ Gurgaon Role Requirements As per the requirement of the role, any full time degree in Bachelors or Masters is relevant. A reasonable experience as Administrative Assistant/ Personal Assistant or any Managerial role such as Program Manager is suitable for the present role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is recommended. Role shall require the ability to maintain discretion and the ability to handle confidential information. You should be willing to travel and work for long hours. However, if you feel that you shall be able to deliver the role responsibilities with your experience, vision or approach, do apply as well.
