Role Description
· Manage daily administrative functions including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
· Conduct site visits to interact with stakeholders.
· Collect data and feedback from field activities for reporting and analysis.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during field operations.
· Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist in project implementation and monitoring in various locations.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience in administrative roles; experience in fieldwork is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
