We are seeking a proactive and engaging Front Desk Executive to join our team at the Patna Centre. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) and will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires someone with a pleasing personality, fluent in spoken English, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Provide information and answer queries related to UPSC CSE and our services.
Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and other events.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency.
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support office operations by coordinating with various departments and handling day-to-day activities.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
Knowledge of UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) is essential.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
A pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of scheduling meetings and managing appointments.

Qualifications:
