Job description
Flaviant Network Pvt.Ltd.is an ed-tech organisation that provides assistance to civil service aspirants. It runs online as well as offline courses to prepare students for all phases of the examination.
We are hiring for facility executive who can facilitate and monitor logistics for smooth operations.
The responsibilities will be as follows:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

The responsibilities will be as follows:
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments with vendors and provide reminders as needed
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- To monitor cleanliness in and around the office
- To take care of day-to-day admin requirements of the organization.
- Ability of multitasking
- Must have strong follow up skills
- Must be able to handle pressure
- Must be flexible with timings
- Prompt
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
