Facility Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Orchard Establishment:
- Plan and implement the establishment of new orchards, including site selection, soil preparation, and planting.
- Collaborate with agronomists to ensure best practices in orchard management.
- Government Licensing:
- Navigate and secure necessary licenses and permits from relevant government departments.
- Ensure compliance with all agricultural regulations and guidelines.
- Stock Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of plants, fertilizers, and other essential materials.
- Implement inventory management systems to track supplies and reduce waste.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of various installation teams working in the orchards.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure effective operations.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on orchard performance, including growth metrics, pest management, and yield forecasts.
- Communicate updates and challenges to management and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
