- Work closely with the senior recruitment team to understand client requirements
- Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand open positions and target candidates
- Support in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
- Fresh graduates (any discipline) or final-year students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and a passion for recruitment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Hands-on training and mentorship in IT recruitment
