Roles and Responsibilities
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Handle inbound calls from customers to generate sales leads.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- 0-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related field.
- Strong convincing power and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi language.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
