Job Profile:
We are seeking ambitious MBA freshers to join our team as Sales Associates and Customer Support Associates. Your primary responsibilities will include handling outbound/inbound/regional/e-mail/chat processes based on the assigned client and process. You will engage with customers, promote products/services, and provide exceptional customer support, applying the business acumen developed during your MBA studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

You will engage with customers, promote products/services, and provide exceptional customer support, applying the business acumen developed during your MBA studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound/regional/e-mail/chat processes as assigned by the client.
- For Sales Associates: Utilize MBA-level strategic thinking to contact potential customers, present products/services, and explain their features and benefits.
- For Customer Support Associates: Provide high-quality customer service, resolve inquiries, and address complaints efficiently.
- Apply advanced sales techniques and business strategies to follow scripts, engage with customers, and overcome objections.
- Meet or exceed sales/customer satisfaction targets, contributing to the growth of the client's business through data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service, leveraging your understanding of customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and support tickets in the CRM system, applying data analysis skills.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall performance, utilizing your leadership and teamwork skills.
- Stay updated with the product/service offerings of the assigned client and industry trends, applying your business research abilities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while conducting sales and support activities, demonstrating your understanding of business ethics.
- MBA degree (freshers)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills developed through MBA coursework.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions using business strategy principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with familiarity in using CRM systems.
- Capability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales/customer satisfaction goals.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work effectively in team settings.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and client requirements, demonstrating business agility.
- Understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and customer service principles.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
