Key Responsibilities:

- Present and market properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and sales presentations to showcase available listings.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both parties' satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with property laws, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Assist clients with documentation, financial options, and legal procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
