- Monitor shipment status and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and shipment details.
- Utilize freight brokerage software and tools to track shipments and manage logistics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and customer service.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in freight brokerage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
