Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter from a Media or Advertising Industry to join our team on a commission basis as an inhouse recruiter. The ideal candidate will have excellent recruitment skills, industry connections, and the ability to source and place candidates efficiently. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify, source, and screen candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Candidate Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
Networking: Leverage professional networks and online resources to find suitable candidates for open positions.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest hiring trends and talent pool availability.
Performance-Based Commission: Earn a competitive commission for successful candidate placements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter (agency, in-house, or freelance) with a successful track record of placements.
Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and platforms (Linked In, job portals, ATS, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with various industries and job roles.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
