We are looking for Freelance Recruiters experienced in sourcing and hiring for IT positions. If you have a proven track record and are skilled in using Linked In for recruitment, this is a great opportunity to collaborate with us!

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: ₹10,888.75 - ₹41,385.53 per month

Scope of Work:
- Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for in-house IT positions using your own hiring tools.
- Linked In Hiring is a must for this role.
- Prior experience working on IT positions is mandatory.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the hiring process.
- Ensure all candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure confidentiality.
- You will be paid 4% of the annual package for each candidate you successfully place, payable after 45 days of their onboarding.
- No payment will be made if a hired candidate is terminated or resigns on or before the 45th day of employment.
- If a hired candidate resigns between 45 days and 3 months, you will be required to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
