Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting offline sales activities to promote and sell automotive care products.
- Collecting payments from clients.
- Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about competitor products and market trends.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market in Dehradun.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using sales software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- 25,000 - 40,000 INR per month, with additional incentives based on performance.
Travel Requirements: The role requires occasional travel to other cities.
Other Information:
- This position is only open to male candidates.
- Knowledge of the local market in Dehradun is essential.
