Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships in a designated territory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
