Job Title: Field Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with potential clients to promote and sell our products/services.
2. Build and maintain a strong network of distributors and dealers to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Travel to assigned territories to meet sales targets, demonstrating a willingness to travel extensively.
4. Utilize your own bike for daily travel to client locations and maintain it in good working condition.
5. Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
6. Stay overnight when necessary to meet business requirements and attend to client needs.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
8. Utilize prior sales experience to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
3. Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable bike for daily travel.
4. Ability to stay overnight as required to meet business needs.
5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
6. Previous experience in sales, especially in a similar industry, is preferred.
7. Excellent network-building and team collaboration skills.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
