Field Sales Executive
Job Title: Sales Officer
Purpose:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new sources within the assigned geography, and maintaining strong relationships with these sources. The role aims to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the designated area in alignment with company objectives.
Job Description:
Area/Geography Mapping Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies:
Conduct comprehensive lane-to-lane mapping of the assigned area at regular intervals, in collaboration with the supervisor.
Identify and report on new sources within the allocated geography during team huddles.
In-depth knowledge of the assigned geography.
Strong planning and mapping skills to effectively organize the area.
Proficiency in using tools and resources to pinpoint potential sources.
Source Relationship Management Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies:
Cultivate and manage relationships with all identified sources in the designated area.
Monitor and enhance the performance metrics of sources, including LSR, SLR, and MS.
Understanding of source potential and performance metrics.
Familiarity with tools and strategies to strengthen source relationships.
Maintain Reports Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies:
Accurately maintain reports related to sales activities in the prescribed format.
Document daily activities in a diary format, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Familiarity with various sales reporting requirements.
Ability to capture and organize data effectively.
Proficiency in maintaining a detailed activity diary.
Channel Partner Recruitment Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies:
Identify and evaluate potential channel partners for collaboration.
Understanding of the BSA empanelment process.
Capability to assess potential partners against defined norms and categories.
Team Huddle Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies:
Participate in daily team huddles, adhering to the established process.
Knowledge of the daily morning huddle protocol.
Ability to present data in the required format based on business needs.
Customer Relationship Management Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies:
Enhance customer experience by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Provide informed product recommendations and services to customers.
Comprehensive knowledge of HDFC products and competitive offerings.
Proficient in KYC documentation and legal requirements.
Familiarity with technical processes and the sales toolkit.
Ability to analyze credit documents to determine eligibility and address customer objections effectively.
