We at Shish Industries Ltd are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up on sales leads generated through the CRM system to convert them into potential customers.
Visit potential clients across India to present, promote, and sell products or services.
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to foster long-term engagement.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and optimize sales performance.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably field sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
