Job Title: Field Sales Executive
The Field Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for generating high-quality leads
through various offline channels. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies
that attract potential customers using traditional marketing methods. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in offline lead generation and be capable of driving measurable
results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
● Design and implement effective lead generation strategies through offline channels,
including events, print media, and direct promotions.
● Identify and target potential markets and audiences for lead acquisition.
● Collect and compile leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for the sales
team.
● Monitor and analyze the success of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies
accordingly.
2. Event Management:
● Plan and organize events, trade shows, and other offline activities aimed at lead
generation.
● Ensure effective lead capture during events through strategic placement of marketing
materials and engaging with potential customers.
● Manage post-event lead follow-up to ensure maximum conversion.
3. Print Media and Advertising:
● Develop and distribute print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to
attract leads.
● Coordinate with vendors for the production and distribution of print advertising.
● Track the effectiveness of print campaigns in generating leads and refine strategies
as needed.
4. Collaboration:
● Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
● Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align offline and online lead generation
efforts.
● Maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies involved in
offline marketing.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
● Regularly report on lead generation activities, including the number of leads
generated and the effectiveness of different channels.
● Use data insights to improve and optimize offline lead generation tactics.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 1 year of experience or more in lead generation, particularly through offline channels.
● Strong understanding of traditional marketing techniques.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits:
