Position: Field Executive Job Summary: The Field Executive will be responsible for implementing and monitoring projects and activities at the grassroots level. This role requires regular interaction with School Principals/Teacheres, community members, stakeholders and other team members to ensure successful project execution. The Field Executive will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the Govt. School, community and the NGO ensuring that the needs of the community are met through the organization's programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
Execute project activities in the Govt. School as per the work plan and guidelines.
Coordinate with local community members, leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Regularly monitor and assess the progress of projects.
Collect data and maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and local leaders.
Work closely with other field staff and team members to ensure cohesive project implementation.
Coordinate with local authorities, partner organizations and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in in any stream
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in local language(s)
Knowledge of English
Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas and stay if required
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Schedule:
