Field Executive - Agriculture Outreach Officer
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Officer to join our team at Anfinite Bioenergy. The primary role is to engage with farmers, present the Crop Diversification Scheme, and convince them to partner with us in adopting horticulture farming. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on the field, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong understanding of agriculture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Visit farmers in rural areas to explain and promote the horticulture farming initiative.
- Build strong relationships with farmers and encourage participation in contract farming.
- Provide information on the benefits and profitability of crop diversification.
- Assist farmers in understanding the process and benefits of horticulture farming.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 year work experience.
- Background in agriculture or relevant field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
