Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain all documentation related to tenders, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to support tender submissions, including competitor analysis and pricing research.
Relationship Management: Coordinate with internal teams (such as sales, finance, and legal) to gather information and insights required for tender submissions.
Quality Assurance: Review and edit tender documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
Deadline Management: Monitor deadlines for tender submissions and ensure all documents are submitted before the deadline.
Compliance: Ensure all tender submissions adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in tender management, bid coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
