Responsibilities
1- What does a Retail Sales Representative do?
A Retail Sales Representative assists customer’s by welcoming them, answering questions, understanding their needs, and helping them pick and choose from our line of collections that suits them the best.
2- What are the duties and responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative?
A retail sales associate is responsible for helping customers find the right product. They offer assistance and answer questions, so shoppers can make informed decisions about their purchase of merchandise. Duties include stocking shelves in a neat manner, ringing up purchases on registers as well as tagging products with prices to be displayed around the store or stocked away until needed again.
3 - What makes a good Retail Sales Representative?
A good Retail Sales Representative requires a strong focus on interpersonal and communication skills. They also require a dedication to excellent customer service and the ability to turn in store visitors to customers.
4 - Who does a Retail Sales Representative work with?
A Retail Sales Representative works directly with customers who shop at the retail store. You would report directly to the founder of Moira who would work closely with you to train, and give you the knowledge transfer needed to excel in this role
Salary on Offer – INR 8000 – INR 13000 excluding variables in bonuses and incentives.
Work Hours – 111.30AM – 9:30PM
Week- Off – 1Day/Week with flexibility to choose but at the final discretion of the management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and returns/exchange policies)
- Answer customers’ queries about our line of clothing
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Founder/Store Managers.
- Stay up to date as we bring new collections.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
