Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards and ensuring all customer inquiries and service requirements are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns via email, and chat.
2. Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed and clear information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
3. Manage Communications: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound messages to ensure effective communication with customers.
4. Handle Multiple Interactions: Juggle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives attention and assistance.
5. Maintain Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system to maintain detailed records.
6. Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a customer service, sales or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
