Executive - FMCG/Retail Marketing
Job Overview: The Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the FMCG and retail products. This role involves conducting market research, managing promotions, and collaborating with sales teams to drive product awareness and sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to understand customer preferences and behaviors.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
Product Promotion:
Collaborate with the team to design and implement product promotions and advertising strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
Sales Support:
Provide marketing support to the sales team, including preparing marketing materials and presentations.
Assist in setting sales targets and monitoring performance against goals.
Budget Management:
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency in all marketing activities.
Track and
Analyze the effectiveness of report on marketing expenses and return on investment (ROI).
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in FMCG or retail marketing, preferably in a cooperative society or similar environment.
