Job description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working closely with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as assigned by executives.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as necessary.
Prepare and process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.
Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, memos, and other documents.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
Proven 2yrs experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
