Mandatory Skills: Auto Domain, EV vehicle architecture, Requirement/Design, Electrical & Electronics architecture design, Design experience of – Meter, Wiring, Battery, Motor

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
. Experience in Electrical and Electronics systems in Automotive domain – ECU
- Knowledge of complete Vehicle system architecture, vehicle features, functionality, and Requirement/Design Documents.
- Detailed architecture design of 2W
- Study the scope of work, breakdown into task & activities as per project schedule.
- Planning workflow & schedules for ensuring timely delivery; identifying delays and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines for engineers.
- Scheduling for day-to-day deliveries relating activities and allocating work for proper & effective functioning of the operations within customer specified quality.
- Analysis of CAN logs to find out probable root cause.
- Experience in Issue Tracking tools like JIRA etc.
- Development of appropriate documentation to support process compliance.
- Identifying training needs and organizing training sessions to enhance efficiency of engineers.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical /Electronics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Should be flexible to work at Client site & different time zone.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of management.
- Good Team player
- 12+ years’ experience and experience in leading the team of 10+ engineers
- Development of EV vehicle architecture specifications and requirements
- Management of technical aspects of architectural interfaces
- Problem solving and implementing solutions to hardware and control software issues
- Work in a team and contribute to the continuous improvement activities through participation in Lean projects, technical knowledge capture, process improvements, etc.
- Mentor less experienced Lead
