E-Commerce Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online presence across various platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling product listings, customer inquiries, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling product listings, customer inquiries, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage communications via these platforms.
- Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and after-sales support.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms.
- Ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase online sales and visibility.
- Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms ( Etsy, Alibaba,Shopify)
- Proficiency in handling online product listings and order management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Female candidates only.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
