Job Description: As an E-commerce Executive, you play a critical role in driving the success of our online retail platform. With your expertise in e-commerce best practices and your passion for data analysis, you will manage and optimize our e-commerce operations while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that increase sales and enhance the overall customer shopping experience. Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring product availability, pricing accuracy, and content management. - Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to ensure that product listings, promotions, and banners are up to date and visually appealing. - Proactively monitor website performance and quickly address any issues related to site navigation, checkout process, or technical glitches. Sales and Revenue Growth: - Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales. - Identify growth opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Optimize the online shopping funnel by analyzing user behavior and recommending enhancements that maximize revenue. Customer Experience Enhancement: - Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by improving site usability, product information, and customer support. - Implement customer feedback mechanisms and promptly address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns. - Work closely with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. E-commerce Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics. - Prepare regular reports and data analysis, providing insights to relevant stakeholders to make informed business decisions. - Stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape by monitoring key industry trends and providing actionable recommendations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. - Proven experience of a minimum of 2-3 years in e-commerce operations and online retail management. - Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in handling international clients will be preferred first. - Command in the English language (verbal and writing) is compulsory.
