Job Description :
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to kick-start their careers in the field of marketing and gain valuable industry experience with one of the fastest-growing bottled water brands in the country. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services, drive brand awareness, and achieve business objectives. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced marketing professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities :
1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing and POP/POS.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
3. Help create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content along with other creatives and materials needed.
4. Support the planning and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
6. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
8. Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
9. Contribute and work on the development of marketing reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Undertake any other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the marketing manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
