Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels for healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing B2C e-commerce operations, improving online sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform, product listings, promotions, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Manage E-commerce Platforms: Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on various B2C platforms (e.g., company website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Optimize Online Listings: Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search visibility (SEO).
Order Processing: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, or phone to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent overstock/understock situations.
Marketplace Management: Handle relationships with external B2C platforms and ensure compliance with their guidelines and best practices.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between e-commerce operations and digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
