We're looking for a motivated e Commerce Administrator to join our growing team. This role will oversee and coordinate our remote team based in India while driving operational excellence and business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing e Commerce operations, optimizing workflows, and inspiring a team culture focused on efficiency and results. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and guide the Indian team (website maintenance, content creation, email marketing) to ensure productivity and alignment with business goals.
Inventory & Stock Coordination: Manage UK-based inventory remotely, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and reordering is handled efficiently.
Google Merchant Center & Website Optimization: Resolve any GMC errors, troubleshoot website issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ads and drive traffic, implement conversion optimization strategies, and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
Operational Coordination: Ensure that order dispatch and fulfillment are running smoothly by liaising with the team in the UK.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest strategies for scaling.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing e Commerce operations (preferably for a global audience).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
Familiarity with Shopify, Woo Commerce, or other e Commerce platforms.
Ability to analyze data, track performance, and implement growth strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
