Dispatch Coordinator
- Responsible for overall dispatching of the material for Nalagarh & External Mfg units along with associated documentation.
- Daily follow ups with production team for production plan & TRs.
- Vehicle arrangements, inspection to send FG to WHs.
- Submission of all invoices to account for payment after approval from plant head.
- Daily follow ups with transporter for in transit material.
- Daily upkeep of respective area of Dispatch store to maintain 5s practices.
- Manpower handling including unloading & store.
- Responsible for stock & bin accuracy.
- Daily follow ups with QA to release/Pass of urgent material
- Posting cycle count entry on quarterly basis.
- Responsible to handle all store operation in the absence of dispatch lead
