Digital Sales Executive
- Monitor, track, and manage leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Follow up promptly with all incoming leads to ensure timely engagement.
- Categorize leads based on potential and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
- Effectively communicate with leads via chat, calls, and email to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into sales by identifying the right opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and closing deals.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by using persuasive and value-driven sales techniques.
- Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall buying experience.
- Resolve any customer concerns or issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the target audience and refine sales pitches accordingly.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate on strategies to improve lead generation.
- Regularly report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to the management team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing and digital sales techniques.
- Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and success rates.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
