- Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Implement upgrades and patches as necessary, staying informed about new features and functionalities.
- Analyze customer data to derive meaningful insights and trends.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable information for decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them regularly.
- Develop and maintain automated processes for lead nurturing, customer communications, and data synchronization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
