Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. You will help manage online marketing campaigns across various channels, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with different teams to achieve key business objectives. Your role is critical in ensuring that the brand’s online presence is strong, consistent, and delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns for key channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter). Engage with the audience to foster community building and improve brand awareness.
SEO/SEM: Monitor and optimize ongoing SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and traffic. Conduct keyword research, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other networks to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing and improve campaign performance.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip sequences to engage and nurture leads.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, relevant content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and case studies that support the overall marketing strategy.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Hub Spot. Provide regular reports and actionable insights for optimization.
Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to update and optimize the company website for conversions, speed, and SEO.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
