Job Description: Studio Underground in Dehradun, Uttarakhand is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts to enhance brand presence, engage our audience, and achieve business objectives effectively. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Manage and optimize our social media presence to increase visibility and engagement. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against defined goals (ROI and KPIs). Use analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly. Creative and Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies to attract and retain customers, and enhance brand awareness. Experimentation and Conversion Optimization: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, and apply findings to optimize conversion rates and user experience. Collaboration and User Experience Optimization: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to create effective landing pages and improve user experience across digital channels. Analytical Insight and Funnel Optimization: Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across touchpoints and optimize conversion points in the user journey. Requirements: · Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong track record in managing digital marketing campaigns. · Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. · Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). · Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach. · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
