- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers during pick-ups and drop-offs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure that the correct laundry items are picked up, processed, and delivered back to the respective customers without any mix-ups.
- Quality Control: Inspect the cleanliness and quality of the laundry items before delivery to ensure that they meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained to ensure safe and reliable transportation of laundry items.
