- Maintain high customer service standards in chat or voice interactions.
- Document and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and empathetic customer interactions.
