Scope of the Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to provide high-quality service to our customers.
Job Description
1) Attends all sales and service meetings to gather information on daily, weekly, and monthly customer goals.
2) Knowledge in electronic product
3) Customer handling ability
Ideal Candidate
Seeking smart, energetic and talented young female/male candidates with excellent communication skill both in Malayalam and English and customer handling ability. CRO should greet the customer with warm welcome and ask what they need and connect to the department they are looking for and if they are not satisfied then ask them the problem arise and seek a solution for the same and make customer comfortable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
