Develop personalized action plans to support youth in achieving their personal, educational, and career goals. Facilitate engaging workshops on life skills topics and help them to get ready for placements. Collaborate with community resources for referral and additional support services as needed. Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and participant progress. Assess participant needs and evaluate the effectiveness of counselling interventions. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for youth from diverse backgrounds. Stay updated on best practices in counselling and youth development. Coordinate with program staff to ensure a holistic approach to youth development. Advocate for the well-being and empowerment of youth within the community Perform any other task as required or instructed by reporting Authority or Programme Manager. Key Skills Required: Here is a list of few skills which will be helpful in the daily functioning as a Counsellor (Pankh): Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially in excel, word, Power Point and Google Drive etc. Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets. Fluent in Hindi and Odia. good knowledge of counselling and mobilization.
