We are looking for CorporateTrainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs that help employees or learners develop the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. he will work closely with the (HR) team, Operations team, subject matter experts, and managers to assess training needs, design tailored training content, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree.
Professional certifications in training and development can be an added advantage. Experience:
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a trainer, or facilitator in a corporate, preferably logistics.
Experience in designing and delivering training content across various formats (in-person, online, hybrid).
