Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Job Timings- 8 AM-5 PM
- Applicants from Pharm D, M Pharm, B Pharm Background
- A minimum of 1-2 years commitment to the job role
- Ability to understand, write and speak English and Hindi as well. Preferable if the person can understand and speak Punjabi.
- Working Knowledge of computers, good typing skills, well versed with Microsoft Office
- Basic analytical & Data Entry skills on spread sheet (training will be given in- house)
- The ability to manage and process data.
- Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems
- Knowledge to look into the drug doses, interactions, prepare chemotherapies, etc.
- To work in cooperation with physicians and do medication audits
- To evaluate a patient’s drug regimen and recommend an alternative pharmaco- therapeutic plan if the prescribed medications produce allergic reactions.
- To educate patients on proper medication usage and monitor them for health problems.
- Providing real time input on the medications the patients are on, reviewing interactions, helping with d/c planning, coordinating insurance clearance of medications
- Reviewing Chemotherapy protocols and Bone marrow transplant conditioning protocols
- Be actively involved in Clinical research in the Department, Pharmaco-vigilance, Pharmaco-economics, community services, research and academics
