Civil Foreman - Tripura
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Site Supervision:** Manage and supervise civil work (excavation, concrete, structural steel) in line with drawings and specifications.
- **Team Management:** Lead labor teams and coordinate subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- **Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
- **Resource Management:** Allocate resources efficiently; monitor materials and order supplies as needed.
- **Quality Assurance:** Inspect work to ensure it meets project standards; resolve quality issues.
- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with the Site Manager and engineers to plan and monitor progress.
- **Documentation:** Maintain daily activity records and submit reports.
- **Problem-Solving:** Address and resolve construction issues to keep the project on track.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
