- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality and portion standards.
- Collaborate with the team to manage mise-en-place, cooking, and service efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Report any food quality or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist in the development and improvement of new and existing Chinese dishes.
