Chief Security Officer
Job Objective:
. To effectively manage and be a role model to a team of security officers and train them to ensure a safe environment for staff, and visitors on campus and in off campus buildings, by proactively engaging with customers and responding to incidents.
Desired Experience
· Ex armed forces/ Ex Police force (necessarily as an Officer), minimum 4 years of experience in security and intelligence gathering, knowledge of a plant operations including material movement, clean past record is a must.
Functional Skills
· Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises
· Provide excellent customer service
· Adhere to all company service and operating standards
· Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
· Preparation of analysis and recommendation reports.
· Excellent collaboration/coordination skills with ability to operate independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
