Chief Executive Officer

Job Description:-
We are seeking a dynamic experienced Chief Executive (CEO) to lead the establishment and expansion of a centres across India. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business, from strategic planning and financial management to operational execution and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and grow a successful our Product ( tmt ,hr coil ,strip,billet, pipe) centres in various locations across India.
Lead the planning development, and implementation of all business operations, including marketing sales, finance and human resources.
Build and manage a high – performance team of professionals, providing leadership, guidance and support to achieve business goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare services, business operations and employee safety.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, customer service excellence, and quality assurance standards.
Develop and manage the budget, financial plans, and performance metrics to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the business.
Represent the company in public events, industry conferences, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical practices, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability in all business operations.

Qualifications:

CA , MBA ,BBA ,

Requirements :

Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive in the Power or steel industry, with a successful track record of leading and growing businesses..
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision making skills.
Excellent leadership abilities, communication skills and team building capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting and resource allocation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability and resilience.

Salary : As per industry standard.
