Roles and Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service methods and strategies Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution Prepare reports and summaries of customer interactions as required Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹9,123.87 - ₹30,898.75 per month Experience:
